Maximize Your Business Growth and Profit

Are you able to maximize your business growth and profit?
Nothing else matters because that allows the business to grow. Besides, what is the point of being in business if not to generate a profit? If you want to maximize your business growth and profit, read on.
Profit measures how successful we are in serving our customers.
When we have a job, do we go to work and not bring home any money? Of course not, that would be silly.
But why do we accept not bringing home any profit from the business? I have seen many business owners getting paid less for their business than the workers and at the same time putting in countless more hours than staff. Is this fair?
Why does it happen?
We are guilty as business owners of many things but the biggest one is discounting the price of our products. The main problem with using discounts is that it is the fastest way to the bottom. I have seen many intelligent business leaders willing to cut prices to attract new clients eagerly. This might seem to work at first. However, the hidden disadvantages of discounts can really hurt your business in the long run.
What do smart business owners do?
They add value to the sale with an incentive to buy. Instead of losing cash by the handful, they serve their customers something more than a lower price. Only 7 % of customers buy on price when an alternative product or service is seen as being worth significantly more.
You have a choice and one of the recommended rules of the game is to never discount. It takes a lot more strategic thinking but isn’t success worth it?
