Drawing on over 25 years in business and the accounting industry in particular, Pat offers advice and consulting to businesses throughout Southeast Queensland. While accounting is clearly one of his specialities, he can work with you no matter your industry.

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been running your business for a while with varying degrees of success, or if you’re a complete beginner. With his extensive range of services, Pat can assist you with several aspects of your business: accounting advice, lead generation, advice and coaching and, of course, cash flow.

Consulting Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As well as being an accountant, Pat is also a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). While an accountant manages a company’s records, a CFO focuses on its financial future and how it can bring in more cash flow. Pat is an expert on the financial health of organisations and a skilled and experienced accountant who has branched out into being a CFO. He can ensure that your company’s records are up to date and that you’re in great financial shape and help you plan for how you can reap greater rewards in the future.

As your very own part-time CFO, Pat can help you accomplish a number of business goals including:

  • Developing a business plan with clear strategies.

  • Understanding and increasing the factors that drive your profits.

  • Eliminating expenses and making the company more cost-effective.

  • Finding funding options for your business.

  • Helping you to expand in overseas markets.

Consulting Accountant

If finance isn’t your main area of knowledge or expertise, dealing with the financial side of your business can be a lot harder than you think. That’s why it’s useful to bring somebody on board with experience like Pat’s. In order to grow your business, you need to make important decisions about the financial future of your company. Who better to help make them than a professional who has been at the helm of many companies?

As your personal consulting accountant, Pat will perform a number of vital tasks geared to take your business finances to the next level.

These include:

  • Sitting down with you and having a frank discussion about the viability of your business in a competitive and continually changing marketplace.

  • Teaching you how you can get the most out of your accounting software, including what to make of the results and how you can use them to make decisions about your business.

  • Figuring out what accounting services and practices you need and setting them up in a regular, methodical fashion.

  • Analysing financial documents and breaking down what they mean for you.

  • Making sure that everything complies with the relevant financial regulations and ensuring you stay out of legal trouble.
